It was just a strong match for a city break in London with very good value for money. I enjoyed a freshly cooked full English breakfast, which was a nice touch. Make sure to explore Kensington Gardens nearby for a great morning walk.

Located snugly on a quiet residential street yet within walking distance of Paddington Station, making it ideal for easy transport. Rooms come with basic amenities, but the neat, organized layout is still appealing for a brief layover.
Rooms are on the smaller side, which can feel cramped if you’re hauling a lot of gear. The bathroom layout has quirks—a noticeable height difference between the floor levels might catch you off guard, while the shower can leak and emit an odd whining noise. Be careful with the TV. if the connection’s loose, it’s a frustrating setback. Just one plug socket seems a bit stingy, especially if you need to charge multiple devices overnight. Sound travels easily in the morning, as deliveries can wake you up early—might not be a problem for all, but it's worth noting for those who like to sleep in.

Mate, the breakfast here was top-notch! Scrambled eggs like clouds on a sunny London morning! Plus, the location is spot on, just a hop away from Paddington. The room was cozy and well-equipped—a proper little sanctuary after roaming the streets.
Now, let’s be real—there were a couple of hiccups. No bins in the bathrooms? A bit odd, innit? And a larger telly would’ve been lush. the one in our room wasn’t quite keeping up with the vibe. Just minor tweaks needed!

Just a fine choice for a brief weekend stay in London with fantastic value for money. The breakfast had a lovely large continental selection that impressed me. Be careful if you are sensitive to noise as the breakfast area can get lively.

Had an amazing time with friends! We loved the spacious room and the friendly staff. The location is perfect for visiting Hyde Park and grabbing dinner in nearby restaurants. Can't recommend it enough for a fun group getaway!
While the room was great, it felt a bit stuffy at times, especially with the window open during warm weather.

We had an awesome stay in a spacious family suite with two bathrooms and super comfy beds that let us sleep like babies. The kids loved the sauna and steam room. it was a nice way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Just a heads-up, the walk from the Tube was a bit longer than we anticipated, but totally worth it! 😊

I had an amazing time with my friends! We visited Hyde Park and got to see the stunning Kensington Gardens. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the tube. The breakfast was tasty, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely a great spot for groups!
My only issue was that I ended up in a small room at first, which felt cramped. It took some time to get switched to a more comfortable one.

the staff were super nice, like when ketty helped us check in, she was just divine! the rooms are clean n comfy, and the location is great for just wandering around. we really loved how close it was to hyde park for our morning jogs. breakfast was also nice, with some decent options and the vibe overall is chill.
the front desk person at check in was kinda unfriendly, n there was noise from the hallways that kept us up at night.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
